The 2010 Moore Reunion was held on Saturday, June 26th at the home of Charlene and Joe Stapleton outside Urbana, Ohio. For those of you who may not be familiar, Charlene and Joe live on the home place of Uncle Bob and Aunt Pat. They have renovated the barn and have lived in it for many years. Driving into that drive was live coming home. The place is so peaceful and welcoming! The flowers were beautiful. The food smelled wonderful and it was just a phenomenal reunion! And all of Charlene’s brothers and their families were there too…..Leslie, Clyde & Doug. There are not enough words to say about what a beautiful day it was. In fact it was so enjoyable that the day disappeared before any of us realized it. Suddenly it was time to go home, we hadn’t had a meeting and we still couldn’t quit visiting! I don’t EVER remember a reunion without a meeting! I know that one cousin gave me a $20 in leaving for the collection. That was the extent of the attention to finance. (Will probably need more attention to finance this year! ) Sixty seven were in attendance.
